WOW Oh WOW this stuff is pretty amazing....i'm definitely a greekaholic!!
This multi-pupose dip is wonderful!!
You can use it as dip,salad dressing or thicken it for a spread!
Great for parties & snacks.
I will say again-WOW!!!!

No Brainer Baked Breakfast

Here is my version of Eggs baked in ham cups

Baked Eggs in Ham Cups ( makes 2)
-2 lean slices(deli) ham
-1/4 cup egg beaters (divide to make 2 )
-1 wedge of weight watchers jalapeño cheese ( divide wedge in half)
( sautéed mushrooms for no extra points)

Preheat oven to 400
Oil muffin tins with spray or olive oil
Place ham in cups
Pour in egg
Drop in cheese
Bake 15-20 min depending on your egg choice
Salt in pepper to taste ,scoop out with 2 spoons or ladle

Make for party,brunch or just a quick treat
For 2 cups=3 points plus

Two fer

So here I am making up for skipping yesterday... You'll get 2 recipes from me today and get your printer ready because the first one is a keeper.

Fuity Sangria Blanca
-6 peaches ,plums, or nectarines. Slice into 1/4 inch thick pieces
-1 1/2 cup ocean spray's Cran Peach juice,apple or white grape
-1-2 cans of diet sprite or 7 up
-1/4 cup orange liqueur (Cointreau)
-1 bottle of Pinot Grigio
Ice cubes for serving

1. In a Lg pitcher combine fruit,juice,liqueur and wine. Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs up to 12
2. Just before serving stir in 7up/sprite. Ladle rink into ice filled glasses with fruit.
3. Serve immediately and

Serves 8= 5PP each serving

Second one easy and delish!!!

Spring Salad with Strawberries and Goat Cheese
-3Tbsp OJ. -1/4 tsp black pepper. -1 cup sliced strawberries
-1Tbsp canola oil. -1/8 tsp table salt. -1/4 cup crumbled semisoftgoat cheese
-2tsp balsamic vinegar -4 cups mixed greens. -2Tbsp salted dry pistachios chopped

In a cup , stir together juice ,oil,vinegar,pepper,and salt and set aside
Arrange mixed greens in a Lg shallow bowl. Top with berries,cheese and nuts.
Just before serving stir dressing and drizzle over salad. Toss gently but well.
1 1/4cup per serving= 3 PP each. WOW!!!!!

15 oz canned turkey chili without beans   
1/2 cup(s) fat-free cream cheese   
  4 oz canned jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped   
  1 small onion(s), finely chopped   
1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce   
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and set over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until well-combined and heated through, about 7 minutes. Yields about 1/4 cup per serving.

- use a devils egg pan or mini cupcake pan to have serving size already measured out so no guessing
- use carrots,bell peps or celery for no extra points
- make ur own chips outta corn tortillas
